Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $7,396,393.08 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $3,017,789.14 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at October 31, 2021.
